We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2020, at the age of 65, John Ballard (Bellbrook, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Ballard to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, William Ballard and Ruth Ballard (Oberholtzer) of Reading, Pennsylvania; his wife Mary Ballard (McEnroe); his children, Cathy Goodman (Chris) of Bellbrook and Ray Beecher (Christina) of Loveland, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Tazheh Kavoosi of Cincinnati, Devin Goodman of Bellbrook, Elaine Wirkus of Bismarck and Dominique Beecher of Loveland, Colorado.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Greater Dayton Humane Society (https://hsdayton.org).

“John was our dear friend and we will miss him. We had great impromptu trips and great dinners and the biggest prime rib always had john's name on it. He and mary were out most weekends going to auctions or estate sales for her love of antiques and if they were having a bake sale john would find it and bring us home a pie. He and mary had a wonderful marriage as she was his soul mate and the love of his life. Dave and i will miss our dear friend. Rest in peace john.”
