With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grant Johnson of Bellbrook, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2021 at the age of 32. He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Dolores Spence Doggett and Eleanor Johnson; and his stepgrandmother Meg Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, William Johnson and DeAnna Doggett Johnson; his sister Marguerite Johnson (Maggie); his grandfathers, Don Doggett and William Johnson, Sr.; and his aunts and uncles, Dana, John Duckro, Darlene, Mike Keene, Mary Ann, Jim Owens, Joe Johnson, Sherri and Ron Koski.

Grant was still actively involved in Chicago theatre until March 2020, when the Covid-19 global pandemic shut down live theatre productions.
