He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Golda Johnson (Moore); his wife Sally Johnson (Tobias); his daughter Lisa Qvick (Steve); his grandchildren, Sydney and Allex Qvick; his great grandchild Jayden Qvick; and his brother Eugene Johnson.
