She is survived by: her parents, Michael Osborne and Annette Osborne; her daughters, Mackenzie Osborne and Makayla Hudson; her sister Debra Osborne (Jeff Sammons); her grandmother Delma Hughes; her nephews, Hunter, Bentley and Colton Sammons; her niece Emma Sammons; her aunts, Evelyn Johnston (Kevin) and Sharon Holbrook; and her cousins, Lynn Johnston, Michael, Jimmie and Shannon Holbrook. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, aunts and uncles.
