He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Finlay and Edith I. Beals Finlay; and his sister Marilyn F. Russell. He is survived by: his wife Alice Finlay (Atkins); his sister Janet (Jim); his nephews, Greg Russell (Kelly), Nolan Russell (Danielle Katterhenry) and Nathan Russell (Kate); and his niece Natalie Reed (Travis). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews in New Jersey, several other relatives, and by many close friends.
