He is survived by: his wife Ann Frederick (Benedict); his children, Lynn Odgers (Everett) of Bellbrook, Brian Frederick (Karen) of Bellbrook and Kevin Frederick of Bellbrook; his grandchildren, Lauren Faine (Jeremy) of Hampton, Colin Blount (Liz) of Abilene and Chelsey Frederick of Bellbrook; his great grandchild Jameson Faine; his sister-in-law Jeanne Frederick of Bellbrook; and his nephews, Wesley Frederick, Branda Frederick and Aaron Frederick.
