He is survived by: his wife Terri (Brinkman); his daughter Heather Salvucci (Robert); his grandchildren, Sarah and Michael; his son Lyle Carr; and his siblings, Susan Wood (Michael), Todd, Duff (Mia) and Kent Leaver (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
