He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. George A. Fleming and Mildred M. Bowden; his wife Nancy Joann Fleming (Daniels); his brother George Alfred Fleming II; and his stepmother Loretta Fleming (Dixon).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Abouchahine (Imad), Kathy Phillabaum (Chuck) and Chuck Fleming (Leanne); his grandchildren, Carissa Messner (Greg), Aubrey Gwaltney (Shawn), Natalie Frisky (Shawn), Stephanie Kress (Mike), Lindsey Phillabaum, Christopher Fleming (Celeste), Amira Ammoury (Chadi), Noor Hachoum (Rabih), Thomas Chahine and Razi Abouchahine; his stepsister Shirley Hughes; and his family Charles. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton as they provided the utmost care towards Charles.
