He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Campbell and Jessie Campbell; and his siblings, Earl Campbell, Scott Campbell and Kathleen McKeehan.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Campbell; his children, Tommy Campbell, Renee Carlson (Chris), Rhonda McDonald (Terry) and Teresa Armstrong (Steve); his grandchildren, Michael Hypes (Samantha), Summer Campbell, Savannah Wallace, Hunter Wallace, Holly Carlson, Azlin Armstrong and Kaitlyn Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Alex Hypes and Amelia Hypes. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
