He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Wallace and Nancy Wallace (Bass); his wife Judy Wallace; his daughter Terri Ann; his son-in-law Gary Phillips; his brother Richard Wallace; and his nephews, Philip, Michael and Nicholas Soland.
He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" Wallace Jr. (Pam Stevens) of Shadyside, Ohio. and Amanda Wallace (Chris Harding) of Shadyside, Ohio.; his siblings, Betty Ann Busack (Tom) of Indiana, Kathy Wallace of Bellaire, Roberta Jones (Randy Burgy) of Bellaire, Helen Soland of Bellaire, Kelly Wallace (Sue Crow) of Bellaire and Jeffrey "Jake" Wallace (Tammy) of Columbus, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Austin, Courteney Wallace, Bria Nelson (Matthew), Rebecca Perry and Emily Kuhn (Stephen); and his pet Elsa. He is also survived by great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
