Shubat; his sisters, Sherry Artman (Allan) of Millersburg and Barbara Kindt (Joseph) of Bellville; his niece Chantele Mack (Jeff); his nephews, Shane Artman (Wendy), Jacob Kindt (Anna) and Caleb Kindt; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaydee Artman, Abigail Artman, Claire Artman, Will Kindt, Esther Kindt, Addie Mack, Isaac Mack, Gwen Mack, Olivia Mack and Helena Mack.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church or the Shriner's Childrens Hospital.
