He is survived by: his wife Esther Roth Antonik; his sons, Michael Antonik (Patricia) of Bellaire, Steven Antonik (Mary) of Bellaire and Scott Antonik of Bellaire; his grandchildren, Kristin Hoops (Scott), Brice Antonik (Jenna), Katie Antonik, Matthew Antonik, Rachael Antonik, Scotty Antonik (Kaycie) and Shane Antonik (Dina); his siblings, Robert Antonik (Pam) of New Philadelphia, OH and Mary Ann Tilhuff of Simi Valley, CA; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Hoops, Adam Hoops and Marley Antonik.
