She is survived by: her children, Heather Smith (Chad), April, Frank Jr., Brandi and Brent; and her siblings, Floyd Jr., Pam Warner (Jeff), Jeff, Kenny, Kim Yates (Clyde), Danny Craig (Renee) and Sherry Nolan (Bobby). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren.
