It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Lee Milovac of Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wayne and Anna Younkins (Yeater); her daughter April Dawn Vah; and her brothers, David and Bruce Younkins.
She is survived by: her husband David Milovac; her children, Ronald Vah, Jr. (Debbie) of Martins Ferry, Scott Vah of St. Clairsville and Deanna Briddell of Ocean City, MD; and her stepdaughters, Marissa Rega (Jim) of Mt. Pleasant, PA and Heather Thomas (Phil) of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
