He was predeceased by: his father Otis Howard Parker; his stepfather William L. Makfosky; and his sister Patti Anastasia (Parker). He is survived by: his mother Doris Jean Makofsky (Hill); his wife Deborah Parker (Irizarry); his siblings, Eugene, Kenneth "Ed", Allen, Joy Doyno and Linda Estep; his children, Audrey Talfan and Mitchell "Mitch" Parker; and his stepchildren, Anthony, Danny Harlow and Stephanie Morris. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
