He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Weekley (Newell) and Charles Weekley (Duke); his siblings, Charles, Edward (William) and Betty Weekley Johnson; his sister-in-law Jean Weekley (Donna Beveridge Weekley); and his son Eric Wallace.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Weekley, Roger and Greg Wallace; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Lyden Weekley and Lillian White Weekley; his brother Bill; and his nephews, Chuck Johnson and Bill Weekley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Bellaire Police Dept., Neffs Fire Dept., and Belmont County Sheriff's Dept. or the donor's choice of charities.
