He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Wiggins and Olga Wiggins (Zemelka). He is survived by: his wife Susan Wiggins (Vah); his brothers, Jim Wiggins of Shadyside, OH and Charlie Wiggins of Bellaire; his brother-in-law Bill Terrill of Moundsville, WV; and his son Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
