He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lynn (Riser); his children, Malissa of Bellaire, OH, Stephanie of Bellaire, OH, Richard E. of Bellaire, OH and Robert Lynn of Bellaire, OH; his siblings, Kathie Goode, Lois Preston, Carman Lynn and William "Jimmy" Lynn; his grandchildren, Angel Ball, Gunner Welch and Easton Welch; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Justice and Ava Hatfield.
