She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hall and Arlie Upperman Hall; and her granddaughter Aimee Tuttle. She is survived by: her husband Wilbur W. Tuttle; her children, Mark Tuttle (Michele) of Bellaire, Eddie Tuttle (Debra) of Bellaire, Greg Tuttle, Kelly Gates of Tridelphia and Lori Bosold (Tony Eden, Sr.) of Bellaire; and her siblings, Arlie Jean Thoenen (Gene) of St Clairsville, Martha Kay Balsei (Don) of Bellaire, Peggy Welsh of Napierville, IL and Ed Hall (Mary Lou) of Jacobsburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
