She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Rose and Anna Rose (Weir); her husband Thomas J. Decker, Sr.; and her granddaughter Lauren Michelle Decker. She is survived by: her son Thomas J. Decker, Jr. of Wheeling; her sisters, Janet Green of Greensboro and Paula Johnston; her granddaughter Kalie Ann Decker of Wilkes-Barre; her nieces and nephews, Jeff Decker of Orlando, Lisa MacClugage of Fort Lauderdale, Michelle Collignon of Grove City, Geoffrey Johnston, BJ Green of Atlanta, Georgia and Michael Green of Greensboro; and her sister-in-law Betty Decker of Upper Arlington.
