She was predeceased by: her parents, Giulio Iannarelli and Maria Sprina Zaccagnini Iannarelli; her husband Romulo J. "Zack" Zacchini; her son Danny Zacchini; and her sister Josephine Hess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo Kurko (Steve) of Bellaire, OH., Linda Marinacci (John Mike) of Bellaire, OH. and Donna Quaranto of Oahu, HI.; her grandchildren, Anthony Zacchini (Tricia), Tina Fruehwirth (Dave), Mark Zacchini (Carla), Dawn Marinacci, Brian Kurko (Jacklyn) and Anina Quaranto; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob Zacchini, Kaelli, Dominic, Danny, Salvatore Zacchini, Olivea, Benjamin Fruehwirth, Katie, Sophia, Alex and Liam Kurko.
