She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Green, Sr. and Gertrude Thomas Green; her husband Roosevelt N. "Rosey" Henry; her grandson Phillip Wayne Chase; and her siblings, Naomi Wright, Katherine Jackson, Vera Green, Helen Beaver, Alice Walker, Carrie Hopkins, Spotwood, Charles, Thomas, Jack, Ray, Jr. and Victor Green.
She is survived by: her sons, Clarence E. Chase of Bellaire and Wayne P. Chase (Cindy) of St. Clairsville; her sister Nettie Cassells (Eugene) of Hampton; and her granddaughter Monica Chase of Mason.
