She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Margaret Hornak and James Hrelicka of Bellaire; her husband John W. Hostasa; her grandson John Dennis McAtee; her sisters, Bessie Straka, Rose Baldwin, Mildred Studnicka and Anne Sabo; and her daughter-in-law Mariellen Busack Hostasa.
She is survived by: her children, John J. Hostasa, Mike Hostasa of Thornville and Mary Margaret Burris (Randy) of Wheeling, WV.; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Erika, Brad, John Thomas, J. R. and Joe. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and two on the way, many nieces and nephews.
