She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie "Pete" Blon and Delcie Clear Blon; and her brothers, Bill and Freddie Blon. She is survived by: her husband Eric L. Kemper of Bellaire; her daughters, Erin Steffey (Josh) of Wellsburg and Erica Keller (Pete) of Bellaire; her brothers, Joe Blon (Carol) of Stewartsville and John "Pudden" Blon of Stewartsville; her granddaughter Ella Keller; and her pet Cooper.
