It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Tarbet Halliday (Bellaire, Ohio), who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E Tarbet and Hazel E Weiss Tarbet; her husband Melvin Halliday; her brother Robert W. Tarbet; and her nephew Stephen Tarbet.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Porter (Paul) and Nancy Beatty Ohlin; her grandchildren, Jason Porter (Hali), Erik Porter (Amy), Drew Beatty (Katie), Amanda Beatty-Joseph (Bethaney) and George Beatty-Marsh; her great grandchildren, Owen, Ava, Maci Porter, Everett Beatty, Niko and Andi Joy Beatty-Joseph; and her sister Judtih Jeffers (David).
