He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hubert "Chick" and Ivalene Anna Stewart Garloch; and his siblings, Helen Garloch, Charles Harry Garloch, Russell Homer Garloch and Dorothy Ann "Dot" Seevers.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kirkpatrick Garloch of Bellaire; his daughters, Betty Ann Prohaska (Jeff) of Adena and Jamie Lynn Atkinson (Adam) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; his sisters, Betty Lou McGarry of Glencoe, Patricia Rose Howells (Trevor) of Bellaire and Nancy June Kimble of Bellaire; his grandchildren, Nicole Leigh Jasper, Kaitlyn Adair Fogle (Jeff) and Kristyn Renae Anderson (Cameron); and his great grandchildren, Madisyn and Zane Anderson.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
