She was predeceased by: her mothers, Sara Williams Shreve, Sr. and Iva Lou; and her siblings, Karen Homko, James and Delbert Shreve.
She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Clark, Jr.; her children, Charles Clark, III (Courtney) of Shadyside and Christi Haydin of Bellaire; her siblings, Darlene Tiger (William) of Shadyside and Mark Shreve (Patsy) of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Zachary Clark, Miranda Clark, Shelby Clark and Tyler Clark; and her great grandchild Ryker Barncord.
