She was predeceased by: her parents, Biggio Oliver and Madalena Ciarelli Oliver; her husband Francis E. "Funnel" Markle; her son William "Bill" Markle; and her siblings, Flora Ralston and John.
She is survived by: her daughter Madalyn Runyan (Gary) of Bellaire, Ohio; her brother William Oliver (Vera) of Hobe Sound; and her grandchildren, Nolan Markle, Evan Markle, Patty Riggs, Randy James (Ellen), Jill Parrish, Gary Runyan (Shelli) and Bill Runyan (Sara). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
