It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ney (Bellaire, Ohio), who passed away on January 14, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McCloud, Sr and Marguerite Upperman McCloud; and her siblings, Elmer McCloud, Jr. (Ruth), William McCloud, Clara Jo Kinter (George), Nellie Radcliffe (Lewis) and Patterson McCloud.

She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Emmy Lou Charlton (Rick) of Bethlehem and Robert Ney, Jr.; her sister-in-law Evelyn McCloud; and her grandchildren, Lori Zombek (David), Staci Stewart (Adam), Richard Charlton, II (Tara), Tommy Charlton (Whitney), Robert Ney, II (Julie) and Kayla Kidd (Adam). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
