He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia S. McElroy and Robert L. McElroy; and his brother Bob McMillen. He is survived by: his children, Trey Jablinske of Bellaire and Mindy L. McElroy of Warwood; and his siblings, Jim L. McElroy of Bellaire, Rich McMillen of Martins Ferry, Susan Newell of Bellaire and Sandy Wiegand of Bridgeport.
