It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Slater (Bellaire, Ohio), born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Henry and Elsie Mae Slater (Postlewait); his wife Juanita Elizabeth Slater (Filcaske) of Bridgeport; his children, Christine Louise Slater-Jones (Michael) of Plain City, OH, Cynthia Marie Slater (Christopher Wisniewski) of Scottdale, PA and Eric Allan Slater (Amy) of Bellaire, OH; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marina Files, Samuel Benjamin Files, Brittany Nicole Slater and Cody Joseph Slater.
