She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Seevers and Gladys Mosser Seevers; and her siblings, Eileen Kerns, Mary Ann Baker, Joyce Pedelose, Brenda Seevers and Allen G. Seevers.
She is survived by: her husband William R. Bartollas; her children, Allen Carr of Ohio and Kim Carr Baker of Wheeling; her siblings, Alice M. Brown of Powhatan Point, Cindy Armstrong of Bridgeport, Diana Marr of Bridgeport, Henry J. Seevers (Doris) of Tiltonsville and David Seevers (Margot) of Perrysburg; her granddaughters, Shannon Allen of Ripley and Michell Carr Charlton of Martins Ferry; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Lee Jones and Sage Allen.
