He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Jodie Cahill (Glenn), Pamela Tomcik (Dennis) and Patricia DeCara (Marty); his grandchildren, Colleen Bates (Josh), Ryan Cahill, Samantha and Dominic DeCara; his great grandchild Emmett Bates; his sister Blanche Vasek; and his nephews, Ken, Don and Tom Vasek.
