He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Bell and Jeanette Bell; his wife Jami Bell; his mother-in-law Betty Shinn; his sisters, Jeanne Everett (John) and Julie Davison; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Woods (Dave), Jim Shinn, Bob Shinn (Cathy), Mike Shinn (Carol) and Darrin Shinn (Diana); and his aunts and uncles, Richard Bell (Evalyn), Ginger Balogh, Robert Balogh (Debi), Shirley Balogh, Gary Balogh (Beth) and Donald Stillion (Lorayn). He is also survived by extended family; and cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
