He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Burkett (Robert) of Mantua, OH and Jennifer Malik of Bedford, OH; and his grandchildren, Bobby of Mantua, Kayla of Mantua, Katie of Mantua, Travis of Mantua and Jacob Burkett of Mantua. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
