He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Pukys; and his siblings, James, Marcia Balina and Joseph. He is survived by: his father James Pukys; his wife Cathy; his children, Karen Gifford (James), Tim Pukys (Suzy) and Marla Pernice (Jeff); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Corinne Pukys, Rio Pernice and Alex Gifford; and his sister Sally Manti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
