She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard F. Pansky; and her parents, Joseph Dvorak and Margaret Dvorak. She is survived by: the mother of her child Lynne Treat (David); her son Lenny Pansky; her grandchildren, Justin Treat and Kyle Pansky; and her siblings, Joseph Dvorak (late Faith), Margaret Adorjan (Peter) and Mary Wrubel (Michael).
