He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lula; his children, Marcus Warren, Monty, Nina Phillips-Mitchell of Miami, Fla., Catrice Smith and Shirelle Phillips; his siblings, Diane Saddler, Caroline Blocker, Joseph Phillip, Jr. and Marvin (Alicia); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Isom (Joseph) and Rev. William Warren. He was also cherished by great grandchildren, grand children, family members and friends.
