He is survived by: his wife Deborah Harris; his children, Timothy Jones, Kimberly Harris, Katina Harris, Jesse Harris and Keith Harris; his siblings, Carl Basie (Tess), Dessan Basie, Gregory Basie, Carmella Basie, Johnnia Harris-Basie and John Dell Harris-Basie; and his grandson Timothy Jones Jr.. He is also survived by children; and a host of other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
