He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Sullivan and Bessie Mae Adams Sullivan; and his siblings, Cora Ishman, Jeanette Cox, Patricia Ann Sullivan, Robert Spivey, Terry Lee Sullivan and Eddie Lee Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Sullivan; his sons, Brian Sullivan and Vance Sullivan (Alana); his stepdaughter Valerie Davis (Jessie); and his brother Carl Sullivan (Loretta). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
