He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; and also Dorothy Haynesworth. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Ebony and Ashley; his siblings, Jerome, Jerry, Michael "Mick" Haynesworth, Michelle Haynesworth and Kimberly Brown; his grandchildren, Wynter, Parker, Camille, Penelope and William Singleton; and also Jerome. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
