She is survived by: her children, Ortiz Sams, Tra, Nyce Tracey Sams-Richardson and Eugina S. Withers; her siblings, Cal Sams and Evelyn Smith-Prayter; her grandchildren, Lillnisa G. Richardson, Wyley Richardson, Chris Richardson, Allen Richardson (Shanoya Richardson), Za'Riya A. Richardson, Monayjah Richardson, O'Shay Withers, Starla Withers, Richard Withers and Ryan Glover; and her great grandchildren, Zania Ward, Lamere Richardson, Bria Johnson, Allen Richardson Jr., Melanie Rose Oatman, Zakary M. Adkins Jr., Sharmaine Withers, Jabari Withers, Talia Withers, Derrick Macabee, Ryan Glover Jr., Dennis Coates and Denaijah Coates.
