As we bid Leslie Yvonne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Leslie Yvonne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina Turner; her granddaughter Chloe Turner-Jones; her siblings, Terrance Pearson (Cynthia) and Cassandra "Sandy" Gilliam (Robert); her aunt Dewanyer Lockett; her uncle Cornell Lane; and her close friend Robert Peyton. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calhoun Funeral Home (23000 Rockside Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (5505 Northfield Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146).
