It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dwight Gardner (Bedford Heights, Ohio), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Laconte Gardner and Alice Mae Gardner (Smith); his son Ariel Elias Gardner; and his siblings, LaVonne Marie Cooper, Phyllis Alethea Cooper, Alice Marie McMillian and Phillip Alphonso Gardner.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Maliek Gardner and Lana Shamain Gardner; his wife Ann Sherril Gardner (Frett); his grandsons, Anthony Lee Jones (Antonia) and Marcel Dwight Mason-Gardner; his brothers, Harry Samuel Gardner, Timothy Tyrone Gardner (Georgia) and William Henry Gardner (Valerie); and his nieces and nephews, Njideka, Kadeshejza, Denise, Lennette, Kwalayah, Renee, Tanya, Corianna, Cherish, Shanna, Devonn, Jamente, Phillip, Brandon, Timothy Jr. and Ronald (Ron-Ron). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
