He is survived by: his former wife Mattie Williams; his siblings, Wathen, Clemmie Milliner, Claudia Fennell and Jacqueline Smith; his wife Rosa Clements-Milliner; his son Wilford Terion (Lynn); his stepchildren, Joseph Clements III and Selena Johnson; his granddaughters, Dr. Brittany Mbanugo (Odera), Ashley Adorno (Arnold) and Traci Milliner; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Adorno and Nneka Chidera Mbanugo. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, family and friends.
