She is survived by: her spouse Dizzie Dean Lewis; her children, Pat (Joe), Susan and Gary (Dolly); her siblings, Belgin Sr. (Cora) and Pearlen; her grandchildren, Carlos, Shawnte, Brittani, Mya and Gary Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Serenity, Kamore, Eva Grayson, Mya and Junior. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
