She is survived by: her daughters, Chelcie Mack of Euclid, Ohio, Khadijah Shelton of Cleveland, Ohio and Michaela Durrette of Cleveland, Ohio; her sister Susan Martin of Cleveland, Ohio; her grandson Chance Levert; her nephew Demontre Martin of Cleveland, Ohio; and her niece Katrina Martin of Cleveland, Ohio. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
