She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Reverend Willie Hayes Darby; her brother Gabriel Darby; her husband Frederick; her children, April Joy Barkley-Woulard of Twinsburg, OH, Fredrick Lee Barkley Jr. (Christina) of Streetsboro, OH, Kelitta Nycole Barkley of Garfield Heights, OH and Phillip Jamal Barkley of Cleveland, OH; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Rosalyn, Leigha, Cedric, Gregory, Joseph and Joshua; her mother Missionary Clara Louise Darby; her siblings, Mary Louise Darby, Patricia Diane Darby-Marbury (Felix) of Twinsburg, OH, Jeanette Delores Owens of Atlanta, GA and Sgt. Robert Sylvester Darby of San Antonio; her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Manning (James) and Patricia Dulaney (Aubrey); and her siblings, Elzenia Jones, Michael and Willie George. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins.
