He is survived by: his wife Darlene Threat; his children, Shironda Threat and Stacy Foster (Jerome); his stepson Stanley Collins; his siblings, Ralph Threat, Charles Threat, Etta Threat Sutton and Major Threat (Dorlisa); his sister-in-law Yvonne Threat; his grandchildren, Tierra Mone (Threat), Lundyn Mone (Collins), Kaidence Foster and Jaz Foster (Honorary Grandson); and his great grandchild Martez Deshon Walker.
