She is survived by: her children, Samuel Fowler Jr., Charlotte Fowler-Robinson (Willie), Sabrina Fowler and Patricia Fowler Luna (Daniel); her siblings, Walta DeLemos, Willie DeLemos and James McGhee (Gail); her sister-in-law Deborah; her grandchildren, Allen Fowler, Ashleigh Fowler Range, Adam Carr, Christopher Fowler, Ryan Fowler and Esperanza Luna; and her great grandchildren, Zi'Niya Fowler and Ryan Fowler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & other relatives.
